Emilia began her career planning events at Crescent School before moving into the fast-paced world of corporate event planning. She now works with the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), organizing high-level travel experiences, conferences, and events for CEOs—bringing a refined, detail-driven approach to every project she takes on.

Known for her calm, composed presence under pressure, Emilia is a true expert in event logistics, coordination, and seamless execution. Her experience spans corporate events, conferences, and gala productions, as well as weddings and private celebrations—allowing her to move effortlessly between highly structured environments and deeply personal, once-in-a-lifetime moments.

Working closely with the Symmetry Studios team, Emilia ensures that every element—from live music and live band performances to DJ services, lighting, staging, and full-scale event production—is thoughtfully aligned to create a cohesive and elevated experience. Whether planning a wedding, corporate event, conference, or gala, she brings the same level of care, organization, and attention to detail.
